1. About Levush

Levush is a peer-to-peer marketplace that enables users to buy and sell second-hand fashion items. We provide the platform; users are responsible for their transactions.

2. Eligibility

• Be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent if 13-17)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into contracts
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to buy or sell items. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities under your account. One account per person is allowed.

4. Listing and Selling Items

As a seller, you must:

• Only list items you own and have the right to sell
• Provide accurate descriptions and photos
• Ship items promptly after sale confirmation
• Not list prohibited items (counterfeit, stolen goods, illegal items)

5. Pricing and Fees

Sellers set their own prices. Levush charges an 8% commission on completed sales. Registration and listing items are free. Minimum payout amount is 50 ILS.

6. Buying Items

As a buyer, you agree to:

• Pay for items you commit to purchase
• Confirm receipt of items in good faith
• Report any issues within 48 hours of receipt

7. Prohibited Items and Activities

• Counterfeit or replica items
• Stolen goods
• Items restricted by Israeli law or items that infringe intellectual property rights
• Hazardous materials, weapons, or illegal substances

8. Payments and Transactions

Payments are processed by Rapyd. Funds are held in escrow until the buyer confirms receipt. All transactions are in Israeli Shekels (ILS). We may mediate disputes between buyers and sellers.

9. Disclaimers

Levush is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not a party to transactions between users. Disputes are primarily between the buyer and seller.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our discretion with reasonable notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
