The buyer's money is held securely until they confirm receiving the item in good condition. Once confirmed, the amount is transferred to the seller. If there's a problem, our support team steps in to find a solution.
After the sale, the seller has 5 days to ship the item. They can use the shipping service of their choice. The buyer receives a tracking number and can follow their package in real-time in the app.
Levush takes an 8% commission on each successful sale. This commission covers secure payment, hosting your listings, customer support, and ongoing app development. Registration and listing items are free.
We verify user identities, offer a secure payment system with fund retention, provide a transparent rating system, and have a support team available 7 days a week to resolve any disputes.
You have 48 hours after receiving to report a problem. If the item doesn't match the description or has unmentioned defects, you can open a claim. Our team reviews each case and can arrange a refund if necessary.
